Thank you for visiting OneStopContactLenses website. By using the website you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. We make changes to the site, terms and conditions and details displayed on it, so review the terms and conditions regularly for updates and changes. The use of the website shall be deemed to be your acceptance of these updates and changes and when placing an order the acceptance of the terms and conditions must be renewed.

OneStopContactLenses will not be liable to you where we are unable to meet any of our obligations to you as a result of any circumstances or cause beyond our control. These terms and conditions and any contract between us shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the English courts shall have jurisdiction over any disputes between us.

1. Contact Lens Sales Requirements

In order for OneStopContactLenses to process your order you must understand and agree to the following

a)      We will supply contact lenses in conformity with the details supplied by you.

b)      We trust that the information given by you is the correct contact lens prescription provided by a qualified GOC registered optician or contact lens practitioner, following UK guidelines.

c)      The contact lens prescription should not be more than 12 months old.

d)      We reserve the right not to supply you with contact lenses if we consider the contact lenses requested according to your contact lens prescription unsuitable.

e)      We cannot be held responsible for your lack of suitability to wear contact lenses as detailed in your contact lens prescription or for your overall suitability to wear contact lenses.

f)        You have not been advised to stop wearing contact lenses by a qualified optician, contact lens practitioner or medical practitioner.

g)      You must provide us with your current valid contact lens prescription in accordance with the terms and conditions set out for Contact Lens Prescription Requirements.

h)      You are ordering the contact lenses for yourself and are over 18 years of age. You hereby consent to our contacting your optician, contact lens practitioner or medical practitioner, if necessary, to verify your prescription information and any other required information.

i )      In accordance with changes made to the Opticians Act on 30 June 2005, contact lenses for use by children under the age of 16 must be sold by a registered optometrist, suitably qualified dispensing optician or medical practitioner or under his or her supervision. It is our policy not to supply contact lenses to anyone under the age of 18.

2. Contact Lens Prescription Requirements

In order for OneStopContactLenses to process your order we will need to see a copy of your contact lens prescription provided by a qualified optician or contact lens practitioner which should be less then 12 months old. The prescription can be sent to us using one of  following methods (please clearly indicate your name and address in all cases):

a)      By fax to 0207 636 0281 (please clearly indicate your name and reference number)

b)      By email to prescriptions@onestopcontactlenses.co.uk(a scanned copy of the original document and clearly indicate your name and reference number)

c)      By post to OneStopContactLenses P.O.Box 5029 London W1A 7ET (clearly indicate your name and reference number). No same day or next day delivery service should be selected if you are posting your prescription.
Please note a copy of the original or photocopy of the original prescription document from the optician is required.

PLEASE NOTE: WE ONLY SUPPLY CONTACT LENSES AS DETAILED SPECIFICALLY IN YOUR WRITTEN CONTACT LENS PRESCRIPTION. WE WILL NOT SUPPLY ANY OTHER TYPE OF CONTACT LENSES.

3. Prices and Payment

The prices shown on the site are inclusive of VAT. The prices shown on the OneStopContactLenses website are applicable only when placing an order via the website. Delivery charges will be clearly shown and included in the total cost of your order. OneStopContactLenses cannot accept your order until it has been paid in full. We reserve the right not to supply you at our discretion and draw your attention to our terms and conditions concerning Contact Lens Sales Requirements and Contact Lens Prescription Requirements. Prices and quantities are detailed under the product. We accept all major Credit and Debit cards.

3.1 Price Match Process

*      Place your order as usual.

*      Send an email to pricematch@onestopcontactlenses.co.uk indicating:

-       Your Order Number and

-       The UK website address or UK retailer's contact details

*      Once verified, we'll refund the difference to your original payment card and send an email notification.

*      If your price match could not be verified, please note that your order will go ahead as normal.

4. Cancellation and Returns Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, you must return to us any goods that have already been supplied to you in its original packaging, undamaged and unopened. If you believe the goods to be faulty, incorrect or damaged upon delivery, we will cover the cost of return (provided that the means of return is agreed by us) and we will replace or exchange any such goods or we will refund you what you have paid, including carriage cost. Please keep proof of postage when returning goods. If you decide that you wish to cancel prior to receiving the goods you must notify us immediately and we will endeavour to prevent the dispatch, If we are unable to do this you will then have to return them to us. We will only refund for goods that have been returned to us within one month of the purchase date. Our policy does not affect your statutory rights. Please accompany any returns with a brief covering letter and a copy of the receipt.

5. Refunds

Refunds will be made by re-crediting the payment card account from which the money was originally debited, or if you paid by cheque, by crediting the local branch of your Bank with the equivalent amount. All refunds will be made within 28 days of the cancellation of your order or within 28 days upon receipt of goods in their original state, (subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions relating to Cancellations and Return). 

6. Exchange

If your contact lens prescription changes, contact lenses may be returned for exchange provided that 15 months shelf life remains and they are unopened, undamaged and in the original packaging. You are required to supply us with the new valid contact lens prescription in accordance with Contact Lens Prescription Requirements Terms & Conditions. For the replacement OneStopContactLenses will charge the standard postage and packaging fee.

7. Product Dispatch

All goods are dispatched subject to clearance of funds, verification of prescription validity and stock availability. Free UK delivery is by Royal Mail First Class post only and should take about 3-5 working days to arrive. We aim to dispatch goods on the next working day upon receipt of your order if the contact lenses are in stock, otherwise we will contact you by email to inform you of the earliest dispatch date. UK Same Day London Zone 1 (£5) and Next Day (£5) Deliveries are working day services and can only take place if prescriptions are not in need of further verification and are received by 15h00 on the day of the order. UK Recorded Delivery (£3) is dispatched according to Royal Mail First Class Delivery time frame. Saturdays and Sundays are not classed as working days and public holidays are excluded from these services.
IMPORTANT NOTE: It is your responsibility to ensure that a valid prescription is submitted within the deadline required. Onestopcontactlenses cannot reimburse delivery fees paid where prescriptions needing further verification have been submitted.

8. Same Day Zone 1 London Delivery - UK  

A selected range is available for same day delivery where indicated on our product pages. Delivery times are within normal working day hours (09h00-05h30). Specific time slot reservation is not available. If all conditions in clause 7 are met, our courier company aims to deliver within 120 minutes of parcel dispatch from our Central London depot. Service available Mondays to Fridays, excludes public holidays. Zone 1 refers to Central London UK Zone 1 as indicated by the London Underground Tube Map only the following postcodes are covered: W1, W2, W8, WC1, WC2, EC1, EC2, EC3, EC4, E1, N1, SE1, SE11, NW1, SW1, SW3, SW7 and SW5. Postcodes that fall into both Zone 1 and 2 are excluded from Same Day service at this time.  

9. Product Availability  

If any of the goods you order are not available for whatever reason, we will attempt to inform you of this by email or telephone, and if you wish we will cancel your order and refund you anything that you have paid to us.

The information given on the Site is for guidance only and we give no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or relevance of this information. We give no guarantee, warranty or undertaking that any products you wish to purchase ("Products") will remain available or will meet your requirements, or that access to the Site will be or remain secure, uninterrupted or error free. It shall be your responsibility to ensure that the Products meet your specific requirements. The ranges of products are for demonstrative purposes only and are indicative of what may, or may not be in stock within the OneStopContactLenses at any time. The products shown on this website are in stock as at the time of site content preparation and update, but are subject to availability thereafter. OneStopContactLenses shall not be held liable to any individual or business for any damage or loss which may have occurred from the use of any matter contained on this website.

11. Privacy Data Protection

OneStopContactLenses utilizes the latest in Secure Server Technology to ensure that all personal and transactional information is protected to the highest standards. We never make your personal details available to companies outside OneStopContactLenses for marketing purposes, although our representatives may hold your data so that your details and/or order can be processed and/or account maintained.

12. Keeping In Touch With You

We want to keep you up to date with news and information about what's happening at OneStopContactLenses. You can choose what information you want to receive by completing and submitting the registration form. You can unsubscribe at any time by contacting us and amending your preferences. Please remember we will only send you e-mail updates to the address you enter on to the registration form and we will not pass this information onto any organization outside of OneStopContactLenses. If you choose to enter your mobile telephone number to receive text message alerts about offers from OneStopContactLenses you can unsubscribe by contacting us and amending your preferences. OneStopContactLenses will not be held liable for the accuracy or otherwise, of any data including email addresses and mobile telephone numbers supplied to us. In particular, we have no liability to you in respect of any loss or damage that you may incur through purchasing products or services from Third Party Sites or placing relevance upon any information or material accessible on such sites or as a consequence of you being unable to link to Third Party Sites from our Site or from our Site to Third Party Sites.

Any use (including copying, reproduction, duplication, transmission, or display of the content of this website, without the express written permission of OneStopContactLenses) for purposes other than the viewing of information or for ordering purposes, is strictly prohibited.
Permission is granted to electronically copy, and to print in hard copy, portions of this website for the sole purpose of placing an order with OneStopContactLenses or using this website as a shopping resource.


15. Couriers and Other Agents

Onestopcontactlenses.co.uk outsources some delivery and collection arrangements to couriers or other agents. Accordingly, Onestopcontactlenses.co.uk shall not be liable for any damage suffered or loss incurred by reason of any acts or omissions of the deliverer, its directors, employees, sub-contractors, agents, representatives and/or affiliates.
