Onestopcontactlenses Customer Care Policy
Onestopcontactlenses.co.uk promises* to:
- supply only the lenses you have been prescribed.
- provide access to professional care by UK registered optometrists

*Subject to receipt of a valid contact lens prescription issued within the preceding 12 months. We may only supply enough lenses to last the duration of your prescription. Optometrist consultation fees apply.
How Do I Order Online?
Ordering Process
1.Find your lenses - use the left hand menu to find your lenses under either Contact Lens Type or Contact Lens Brands.

2.Lens Information - read about your lenses. This section tells you a bit more about the type of lenses you wear as well as about others in the same category.

3.Select your lenses - use the BUY button to choose your contact lens product.

4.Enter your Contact Lens Prescription details - in the Sphere and BC (Base Curve) sections of your prescription from your optician you will see some figures. Enter these under the same headings on the webpage. If you have astigmatism you need to also enter details that appear under the CYL and AXIS headings. If multifocals are needed we will need the ADD section to be completed too. Enter these under the same headings on the webpage.

5.Select the quantity you would like to purchase and click ADD TO CART.

6.View Shopping cart with your lenses - you may either checkout or continue shopping at this stage.

7.Check out - you will need to login with your user name and password to proceed. New users will be need to register for an account in order to complete the transaction using our My Account page.

8.Final Details - once logged in go to your shopping cart from the left hand menu. Confirm the displayed delivery address, product details and total price. Edit by selecting Change delivery address.

9.Delivery method Selection - choose from First class (Royal Mail), Recorded Delivery (Royal mail Signed), Next Day Special Delivery (Royal Mail Signed) or Same Day Zone 1 Courier service within Central London Zone 1.

10.Terms and Conditions and Authority to contact optician - once you have read the terms and conditions and agree to us contacting your opticians if necessary please check the relevant tickboxes confirming your agreement.

11.Secure Server (SSL) - 'proceed to the secure server' where you enter payment details to complete the transaction. An email confirming your order details and receipt of payment will be sent.

12.Dispatch Email - once your contact lenses have left our warehouse you will be sent a second email notifying you of this.
How do I sign up as a New Customer?
Sign Up and register with us to create a user login and password. Please click on Create Account under My Account or click here to register for an account. A confirmation email will be sent informing you of the details you have provided. To activate your account you should now log in using your user login and password.
My Account, Forgotten Password
Click on FORGOT PASSWORD under My Account or click here, enter your email address used when registering with us and then select "Get my Password". Your password will then be emailed to your registered email address.

  • Same Day Delivery by Courier to Central London Zone 1 Mon-Fri (UK) - £5

  • Next Day Special Delivery by 13h00 (Royal Mail UK) - £5

  • Recorded Delivery (Royal mail UK) - £3


  • Most orders are dispatched within 48 hours of receiving confirmation of your contact lens prescription and payment. Orders for special lenses or out of stock items are usually sent within 3-5 working days. In cases where we do not have the contact lenses you require in stock we will notify you and inform you of the delivery date.

    Delivery Method:
    All items delivered will be dispatched FREE using Royal Mail First Class. You do NOT have to sign for your delivery unless your order value is greater than £120 or you choose Recorded Delivery, Special Delivery (Next Day Delivery) or Same Day Courier Delivery to Central London Zone 1 at the time of placing your order.

    Delivery time:
    Most orders are dispatched within 48 hours of receiving confirmation of your contact lens prescription, payment and provided the contact lens ordered are in stock.
  • Daily Lenses and stock lenses (over 90% of lenses in stock): 2-5 working days
  • Non-stock lenses: 3-7 working days
  • Custom-made lenses: 7-15 working days.

  • In cases where we do not have the contact lenses you require in stock we will notify you and inform you of the delivery date.
    Typically non stock lenses are soft torics, some coloured lenses, bifocal and some extended wear lenses.

    Recorded, Special Delivery and Courier Delivery:

  • Same Day Central London Zone 1* Courier Delivery (Mon-Fri only)
    Same day delivery for orders AND valid prescriptions received before 15h00 and where the item ordered is in stock. A nominal charge of £5 is made for this unique service. Your signature is needed when the goods arrive.
    * Refers to: Central London Zone 1 as per London Underground Tube Map only. Postcodes that fall into both Zone 1 and 2 are excluded from Same Day service at this time.

  • Special Delivery

  • Is before 13h00 the next working day if order AND valid prescription details are received before 15h00 the preceding day and the item is in stock. Signature required upon receipt of goods. Friday orders sent by next day delivery will arrive by 13h00 the following Monday. For out of stock items, next day delivery will take effect once the goods have arrived at our warehouse - we will contact you to advise that this will be the case.

  • Recorded Delivery

  • This service offers added security as your signature is required upon receipt of goods. A £3 charge is made.

  • Please note that Saturdays and Sundays are not classed as working days and same day delivery time restrictions apply; public holidays are excluded from these services


  • EEC/Europe: (This service is under development and not yet live)
    Delivery Method:
    All items delivered will be dispatched by RoyalMail (International Recorded) for a nominal charge of £5. Your lenses will be trackable using this method to the point of delivery.
    Delivery time:
  • Stock items: 3 - 12 days (90 % of lenses are in stock)

  • Non-stock and Custom-made lenses: 7-15 days

  • You will be notified if there is a long delivery time. Typically non stock lenses are soft toric, some coloured lenses, bifocal and some extended wear lenses.

    To avoid unexpected customs fees or duties, it is vital that you check with the customs department in your country about its importation policies.
    NOTE: Onestopcontactlenses.co.uk is NOT responsible for any sales taxes, customs duties or other taxes charged by your customs department.

    Methods Of Payment
    A range of payment options are available: AMEX, Visa, Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Eurocard and Switch are all accepted and use is made of SSL secure encryption during transmission. Information sent in this way cannot be intercepted.

    Reordering
    If you have previously ordered your lenses with us online, your details will remain on our system. To re-order, simply login using your username and password and select the RE-ORDER option on the left hand menu bar. All past orders will be displayed for your convenience. Simply re-select to repeat an old order or use the option to modify.

    Is your site safe for online ordering?
    Onestopcontactlenses.co.uk utilises SSL secure encryption during transmission and information sent in this way cannot be intercepted. OneStopContactlens.co.uk is owned and managed by qualified, registered optometrists and all orders are supplied in accordance with the UK Opticians Act of1989.
    Are the lenses the same as the ones from my optician?
    Under UK law we can only supply the same lenses as prescribed and fitted by your eye care practitioner. If you have been fitted with a private labelled lens, or a lens you can't find on our website, don't worry. These are usually repackaged versions of the brand name lenses we sell. Please do not try and guess which lenses you wear.     Why do you have to contact my optician?
    We will only contact your optician or eye care practitioner to verify prescription details should the need arise. You must provide us with a valid copy of your current prescription. Only a signed and dated copy (no less than 12 months old) of your FULL contact lens prescription is considered valid. We may only contact your optician with your consent:- in placing an order with Onestopcontactlenses and supplying your optician's contact details including a valid telephone number, it is deemed that we have your consent to proceed.
    Can't find my contact lenses on your website
    You may have been fitted with a private label contact lens. Private label lenses are repackaged versions of the brand name lenses we sell. Please do not try and guess which lenses you wear.     Private Labelled contact lenses
    If you have been fitted with a private label lens, or a lens you can't find on our website, don't worry. Private label lenses are repackaged versions of the brand name lenses we sell. Please do not try and guess which lenses you wear. In order to know which lenses you need, please e-mail us or call us for more information.
    How are my contact lenses delivered ?
    In most instances, your lenses will be delivered by your local postman. All items are properly packaged to avoid any potential damage or delay in the postal system.
    Do I need to be in when they're delivered ?
    Our contact lens packages are designed to fit through most letterboxes. Where this isn't possible, it's usual practice for most postal services to leave a card advising you where you can collect the package or how to make alternative delivery arrangements. Same day deliveries, special deliveries (next day, signed) and Recorded delivery all require signatures so someone needs to be in to accept the package. A delivery charge is made again if the item needs to be redelivered.
    What happens if my goods don't arrive ?
    If you've placed an order and haven't received your goods within a reasonable time (7-10 days later than expected), please contact us urgently and let us know.
